Sri Lanka has spiced up the world for thousands of years. Situated in the Indian ocean, it was trading spices on the ancient Silk Route with China, Persia and other countries. It is home to many varieties of spices and herbs used in Ayurveda and other traditional medicinal practices.
As the popularity of creative tea blends is increasing, so is the awareness and enthusiasm for healthy foods and beverages that improve quality of life. While the tea plant itself is of immense nutritional value, our spiced teas were designed after comprehensive research of health benefits of each spice and herb used and combining them to enhance the health benefits of the tea.

I have blended them to highlight the natural taste of the spices and herbs, without adding any artificial flavouring or sweeteners.

Just Chill Tea

An aromatic mint chamomile tea with Ayurvedic spices. Soothing effects of these ingredients may help release tension and calm your nerves. Also great as an evening tea to feel more restful and have a better nights’ sleep.

Ingredients: Coriander, Gotu kola, Chamomile, Lemon peel,Peppermint, Cardamom

Instructions: Steep 1 tsp of tea in 1 cup or 1.5 tsp. of tea in 1 mug of good quality water for 4-6 mins. Relax and enjoy!


Immune tea

A delicious sweet chai with strong anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-oxidant properties. These ingredients can help to fight a cold, cough, or the flu. Anti-inflammatory effects can help to soothe the throat and relieve symptoms.

Ingredients: Hibiscus, Cinnamon, Licorice, Black pepper, Turmeric, Ginger
black Tea

Instructions: Steep 1 tsp of tea in 1 cup or 1.5 tsp tea in 1 mug of good quality water for 4-6 mins. Relax and enjoy!



 

Forever Young tea

Beautiful tea with lemon grass, spices and blue pea flower.
The ultimate detox tea. Potent antioxidant and free-radical scavenging properties of the ingredients aid cellular detox promoting weight loss. Also targets slowing down the process of aging.

Ingredients: Moringa, Gotu kola, blue Pea Flower, Curry Leaves, Lemon Grass, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Black Tea 

Instructions: Steep 1 tsp of tea in 1 cup or 1.5 tsp. of tea in 1 mug of good quality water for 4-6 mins. Relax and enjoy!

 



  

Yummy Tummy Chai

Delicious chai with nine exotic spices. These ingredients have properties that may help to settle your stomach and help with digestion, while combating bloating, gas, and constipation. Taste great without milk. If adding milk, use plant based-milk.

Ingredients: Clove, Ginger, Cinnamon. Black Pepper, Turmeric, cardamom, coriander, cumin, Fennel, Black Tea

Instructions: Steep 1 tsp of tea in 1 cup or 1.5 tsp of tea in 1 mug of good quality water for 4-7 mins. Try with or without milk.





  

Candy Cane Tea 

Delightful, refreshing, mint hibiscus tea with a hint of cinnamon to provide natural sweetness. These delicious ingredients have antioxidant and antimicrobial properties and calming effects. May help fight a cough or cold. Enjoy iced or hot.

Instructions: Steep 1 tsp of tea in 1 cup or 1.5 tsp of tea in 1 mug of good quality water for 3-5 mins. Relax and enjoy!

 

 

 
Mango Chai

Very pleasant, mild chai tea with a hint of mango to spice up your day. This tea is full of antioxidant and anti-microbial properties. Taste great with or without milk. Have it after a meal to help with digestion and to settle your stomach.

Ginger Tea

  A traditional Sri Lankan afternoon tea that will leave you feeling lively and refreshed. The anti-microbial effects may help to fight a cold or cough. May also help with weight management.
