Mango, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Black tea
Very pleasant mild chai tea with a hint of mango taste to spice up your day. Can have with or without milk. This tea is full of antioxidants, anti-microbial properties,and enzymes. Have it after a meal to help with digestion and to settle your stomach.
Instructions: Steep 1 tsp of tea in 1 cup or 1.5 tsps of tea in 1 mug of good quality water for 4-6 mins. Relax and enjoy!
