Description: Delicious hibiscus tea with cinnamon and a hint of pepper. Another tea for the holiday season. Great pick-me-up tea. Ingredients in this tea have strong antioxidant, soothing and anti-microbial effects. Cinnamon could help balance blood sugar levels. Enjoy iced or hot.
Instructions: Steep I tsp of tea in 1 cup or 1.5 taps tea in 1 mug of good quality water for 3 minutes. Relax and enjoy!
